All products are in brand new condition, some items are individually wrapped. If you are not satisfied with the quality your purchase please email in and advise of the issue you are experiencing, and we will refund or resolve it as best we can. Please choose carefully, as we do not do refunds based on if you have a change of mind. Return shipping costs are at the purchasers expense.
All snowboards come with a 1 year structural warranty.
In the event that a warranty issue arise, please email us and advise us of the issue you have experienced, aswell as any supporting evidence/photos. We will assess the claim and advise of the action required. Warranty does not cover wear and tear on hardware.
